Email Practices
Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, may use email to communicate important information to customers or other authorized parties regarding the servicing of their mortgage loan accounts.
Whenever you provide us with your email address or we otherwise obtain it, we may retain and use it to reply to your inquiries and send you messages related to servicing your mortgage loan account.
Transactional/Relationship Emails: Messages related to the servicing of your account may include, but are not limited to, the following information:
- Account status and activity
- Responses to inquiries originating by phone, email, fax or other written means
- Requests to call our office
When communicating with you by email, Midland will never ask for your account password or for any other personal information that would be required to access your account.
Commercial Emails from MidFirst Bank ("MidFirst"): Because Midland is a Division of MidFirst Bank, a federally chartered savings association, MidFirst or another Division of MidFirst (such as Vio Bank) may use email to communicate information about products and services that may be of interest to you.
- You may opt out of receiving commercial emails from MidFirst or another Division of MidFirst (such as Vio Bank) by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the email or by sending an opt-out request to: support2@midfirst.com
- Upon receipt of any opt-out request, you will be removed from future email solicitations/advertisements from MidFirst or another Division within 10 business days
- Opting out of commercial emails from MidFirst or another Division of MidFirst will not affect your current email preferences with Midland
After your loan is paid in full or your relationship with us is otherwise terminated, we will continue to adhere to the information practices described in this and subsequent notices.
For New York residents, you are also affirming that the email address you have provided for receipt of electronic Communications is not an email account furnished or owned by your employer.
