Governing Law

This Site and the content herein is published for use in the United States and territories hereof, and may not be used or downloaded in other countries. This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, excluding its conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site or the interpretation of this Agreement. General

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. If your loan was in default at the time MidFirst Bank acquired the servicing of your loan, we are required to advise you that this communication is from a debt collector, this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
